As the Obama administration nears closer to the end, one of President Obama’s last actions in office was to award Vice President Joe Biden with the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Alleged Donald Trump Dossier creates firestorm of controversy

In a controversy that started up a firestorm, Buzzfeed released a 35-page memorandum on Tuesday, which included “includes claims that the Russian government has been cultivating, supporting and assisting Trump for five years — even obtaining compromising information in an effort to blackmail him.” The dossier and its contents are still unverified.

US Watchdog to launch investigation into Clinton FBI case

In the FBI Case that never seems to end, Department of Justice inspector Michael Horowitz has stated that he will launch an investigation into “certain actions” by the FBI and DoJ. According to the article posted, it states “Mr. Horowitz said his review would look at a news conference in July 2016 when Mr. Comey said he would not recommend charges for Mrs. Clinton.

US –Cuban visa-free residency ends

In one of the last actions put forward by President Obama, the nearly 22 year old policy that granted residency to Cubans migrants by coming up to shore in the United States has officially ended today. According to the article, “In exchange, Havana has agreed to start accepting Cubans who are turned away or deported from the US.” It continues, “Many Cubans in the US say Washington is rewarding a regime which has failed to address human rights concerns.
