William Vaillancourt is a Policy Corner Writer for PVNN. He obtained his B.A. in Political Science and History from Boston University and writes about politics, government, society and culture for multiple publications. His top policy concerns are national security, immigration and veterans affairs. He believes that many of today’s problems should be addressed through pragmatism rather than idealism, grounded plans free from biases and external hindrances, and through the recognition of one’s individual rights rather than identity politics. William is a native of New Hampshire where “Live Free or Die” is not a challenge to succeed in absolutes, but degrees.
